Alicia and Jake – Finca Rebate wedding packages

Finca Rebate wedding packages

Jake and Alicia chose Spain to have their destination wedding. They were already familiar with the Costa Blanca because Alicia’s parents own a holiday home here so that choice was easily made. There are a lot of wedding venues on the Costa Blanca of which Finca Rebate is one. A very special one, as they offer two amazing Finca Rebate wedding packages. The packages include everything you would need for a perfect wedding. The setting of this venue is incredible and picturesque with a beautiful chapel on the grounds.

Alicia and Jake chose the Mediterranean package  which is an amazing all inclusive package. It included the coaches, the photographer, the celebrant, the cocktail hour’s canapés and drinks, the wedding menu and drinks, the dj, the flowers, the wedding planner ,the flamenco show, the saxophonist and the lighting decoration etc. Everything you would want for a perfect wedding day.

Prep shots

Jake and Alicia’s beautiful wedding day started with the getting ready shots. Andrew of Ajphotography joined me on this wedding. He shot a great wedding video for them whilst I shot the wedding photos.

Jake got ready in the **** Hotel 525 with his groomsmen, we were able to take some great groom prep shots of Jake at the Hotel 525 in Los Alcazares.  Alicia got ready with her two little girls and bridesmaids at her parent’s villa. She looked absolutely stunning in her Pronovias wedding dress ! Dee Wilkes from ‘ Beautiful brides in Spain’ did the make up and hair of all the ladies.

Finca Rebate

At Finca Rebate the wedding ceremonies start at 17.00.  The wedding ceremony was conducted by Sonja from SIIDO and she did a wonderful job. It was a fun ceremony including their little girls and it was emotional when they said their vows. They exchanged their wedding rings, kissed and signed on the dotted line! They tied the knot and walked down the aisle together as husband and wife whilst the church bells rang.

Cocktail hour

The great saxophone player Manu López played some fab tunes when they came out of the chapel and he carried on playing during the cocktail hour. The cocktail area of Finca Rebate is right next to the wedding chapel. A perfect area to have your wedding reception as it is nicely shaded under the trees. Drinks were flowing, laughs were had and delicious canapés were served.

The area was lovely decorated by Eva from Evela’s, she does all the wedding planning and organizing. She sorts out food tasting day and organizing the meetings with all the wedding vendors.

After the cocktail hour it was time for some official pictures. Group photos first followed by the bride and groom shots. Look at them two ,they look like they walked out of a magazine!

Wedding banquet

The wedding banquet took place on the private terrace. All the flowers seen at this wedding were organised by Oh Canela. The 4 course meal was delicious and a flamenco show from Raquel Pena followed after the main course. Their girls absolutely loved it!  DJ Miguel played great tunes for them to keep the wedding party going.

Their wedding cake was served a few hours into the party to absorb a bit of the alcohol that was flowing. They danced the night away under the stars.

To the newlyweds, It was an honor to be your photographer and I hope you like your wedding pictures. Enjoy your honeymoon!

sheriphotography: I am a photographer located on the Costa Blanca about ten minutes from Torrevieja and in between Alicante and Murcia. I cover most areas and places on the coast where a lot of couples choose to get married such as Altea, Benidorm, Javea, Mar Menor, San Miguel. Marbella and more. I am married and we have two little boys called Luca and Joshua. Because my husband and I share the same passion, they are probably the most photographed kids in the world. Ever since I was little, I was fascinated by cameras. It all started because my favourite uncle had a camera around his neck. I would follow him around and try to pursuade him to let me hold the camera and take some pictures. I couldn't wait to see the results. When I was around 17, I took a couple of courses to develop my skills a bit more and after a while I worked as a second shooter along side a very good professional photographer, who thought me even more. I 've also got my intermediate vocational education in PR, Marketing and Management and Higher Vocational Education in HRM. I left the corporates behind me to pursue my true passion!
