Wedding in Sjomannskirken Torrevieja – Renate and Kristian

This wonderful bride Renate got ready with her best friends in Hotel Melia in Alicante. The view of the room was amazing! Taking the preperation photos is something I love doing, all the excitement starts there! Renate wore a gorgious dress from Pronovias with a veil soooo long , she could have been a Princess ;-)After the prep shots we all went to the Sjomannskirken in Torrevieja where the service was held by Father Helge. I love the Norwegian couples not just because they are always so very kind and fun but also because the church where they usually get married, the Sjomannskirken , serves waffles with jam and a yummie cake! !! Anyway … sorry got sidetracked, back to the serious bit again. Renate and her mates came in a lush white limo, apart from one of her pregnant friends they all enjoyed the ride from Alicante to Torrevieja with a nice glass of bubbles. After the ceremony and group photos at the church we moved to ‘Torre del Moro’ for some more intimate shots. Hope you like them!

sheriphotography: I am a photographer located on the Costa Blanca about ten minutes from Torrevieja and in between Alicante and Murcia. I cover most areas and places on the coast where a lot of couples choose to get married such as Altea, Benidorm, Javea, Mar Menor, San Miguel. Marbella and more. I am married and we have two little boys called Luca and Joshua. Because my husband and I share the same passion, they are probably the most photographed kids in the world. Ever since I was little, I was fascinated by cameras. It all started because my favourite uncle had a camera around his neck. I would follow him around and try to pursuade him to let me hold the camera and take some pictures. I couldn't wait to see the results. When I was around 17, I took a couple of courses to develop my skills a bit more and after a while I worked as a second shooter along side a very good professional photographer, who thought me even more. I 've also got my intermediate vocational education in PR, Marketing and Management and Higher Vocational Education in HRM. I left the corporates behind me to pursue my true passion! To keep this all short and less boring but with a maximum update about me...Read below! Favourite sweet: anything chocolate Favourite drinks: Mojito, Baileys and non-alcoholic water, Coke zero, nice cuppa tea and Starbucks coffee. Favourite country: Thailand! Haven't seen the whole world yet so that might change in the future but I doubt it though... Favourite programs: Suits, Scandal, Grey's anatomy, Revenge, Breaking Bad. Favourite thing to do: Have a family day, go to the beach, do yoga, paint, spend christmas with our family and take lots of photos! I hope you didn't fall a sleep while reading the update.
